Terms of Service for ImageGrid

Effective date: October 6, 2026

These terms apply when you access or use the image creation tools and information provided at imagegrid.org.

The service

ImageGrid provides browser-based tools for image grids, carousel slides, social-media covers, resizing, and custom image splitting. Features, supported formats, and platform guidance may change as the product and third-party platforms evolve.

Your images and exports

You retain ownership of images you use and files you create. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use, edit, and publish those materials. ImageGrid does not claim ownership of your source images or exports.

Acceptable use

You may not use ImageGrid to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Platform names and guidance

Instagram, TikTok, and other platform names belong to their respective owners. ImageGrid is an independent tool and is not endorsed by those platforms. Sizes, safe areas, and posting behavior can change; check the destination platform before an important publication.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or image, or that third-party platform guidance will remain current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ImageGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update or discontinue features and may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. If these terms change materially, the effective date above will be updated.
